湖北省武汉市人民检察院起诉指控：2012年至2022年，被告人杜兆才利用担任国家体育总局田径运动管理中心党委书记、主任，国家体育总局党组成员、局长助理、副局长，中国足协党委书记、副主席等职务上的便利，为有关单位和个人在赛事承办、人事安排、球员转会等方面提供帮助，直接或通过亲属等人非法收受财物共计折合人民币4341万余元。检察机关提请以受贿罪追究杜兆才的刑事责任。 庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，被告人杜兆才及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，杜兆才进行了最后陈述并当庭表示认罪悔罪。
